While looking sexy doesn`t require much of an effort for Carmen Electra, she insists that relationships are hard work for her.
The former `Baywatch` star, who got engaged to KoRn guitarist Rob Patterson in April after a whirlwind romance, said that she doesn`t want to take Rob for granted and is always finding ways to show her devotion to him.
"You have to stay connected and make an effort. We`re taking it slow and have no wedding date yet. We have been friends for eight years and even had one date a long time ago. We connect on a lot of different levels," The China Daily quoted her, as telling People.
The 36-year-old bombshell also revealed her desire to have children, but gets fidgety thinking of the responsibility that parenthood entails.
"Someday we probably will. Deep down, I feel like I`m ready. But it`s a big commitment. I don`t know," she said.
However, right now, the much in love duo are content with looking after their three dogs.
"For now, we have Daisy, a Yorkshire Terrier, Keiko, a Pomeranian, and Roxy, a Maltese. We are very happy!" said Carmen.
Carmen has twice been married earlier to NBA star Dennis Rodman and rocker Dave Navarro.
